2022 update - now a very happy Street Triple courtesy of Jim at The Superbike Surgery
The Street Triple, whilst undeniably very pretty has been a bit recalcitrant for the past three years, and therefore has not been ridden much.
The issue is that periodically it just doesn't want to change down...and then it's fine...no pattern to it.
It has only done a little over 18,000 miles, and in an attempt to solve the issue two and a half years ago I removed the clutch and discovered a bent spring. This was a recall for some of these models, but not this one apparently!

Today with the help of Chris I had another look - the replacement spring is still fine, the shaft on the gearchange side is fine, with circlip in the correct place and no corrosion.
Thanks to Jim the Street Triple is now a very happy thing and getting regular use!
