Well, they do reasonably well...but bits start to need replacing.
So I am related to a YBR125, which I don't own or ride but do periodically need to provide some TLC to.
It's 6 years old and a bit tatty, but the engine is smooth as anything. Recently it has sadly taken to falling over quite regularly...sometimes at speed. So time for a bit of Shiny attention (as cheaply as possible)
Judicious use of a scaffolding pole = straightened footrest.
Trashed grips means the cheap heated grips need to go. Should make a bit more space in the headlight for the original wiring. Just needs me to gather the enthusiasm to take the tank off.
Thankfully the parts are pretty cheap. I'm working next weekend, so progress may be slow. Keep it shiny side up...unlike the YBR of late.
